The Old Man shuffled into the office
He just wanted to be left in peace
But the people did not let him be
They ridiculed him with much glee
They called him a Dinosaur and an old horse
They mocked him as a spent force
The Old Man was dejected
And disappointed
He just wanted to be a good leader
He wanted to rule with love, not fear
He shook his head sadly
And started typing his resignation letter quietly.
